ST. LOUIS, Mo. (July 3, 2012) Jotte for Congress began airing on cable networks recently Dr. Randy Jotte's plan to bring common sense to health care reform.  Dr. Jotte believes market-based reforms, increased transparency and empowering patients will  go far in getting people the care they need at a cost they can afford.   "We need to place  patient's back in control of many of their health care decisions, empowering them with good information that allows them to make good decisions," Dr. Jotte said.  "Congress needs to work together to get this done.  It's not a politifcal issue - it's a patient issue."
