Help make Oakvile Elementary School's Spring Picnic & Carnival a success.

Volunteers are needed in the following areas:

• Cook and serve concessions
• Staff activity and game booths (21 booths, 3 shifts)
• Setup and take-down

The following supplies are needed:

• Soda
• Desserts for the cake walk
• Items for themed basket raffle
• Smooth plywood or other material for painted signs and cutouts
• Large coolers (borrow only—will be returned) 
• Patio tents (borrow only—will be returned)

Become a picnic sponsor or patron. For a $25 sponsorship, you will receive an all-day ride bracelet and be acknowledged at the event, on sponsor signs and in advertising. Whether you want to highlight your business or organization, or simply honor your very special student, this is a great way to do it.
