Great article Karlie! I'd like to mention that I did some research on the NBC business report mentioned above. Fisher Interactive, who called all the unhappy people on social media "pigs wrestling in mud," is actually a business partner of Applebee's and is one of their social media and website service providers. Many people have taken great offense to this and feel as though Applebee's has directly insulted them by calling them pigs. Just one more twist in the ongoing saga. This is an important story because it represents the struggle of the common person vs. big money corporate America.
