Officers from the St. Louis County Police South County Precinct canvassed the area to find the three women—described as black and driving a grey-colored passenger sedan—after they drove away but did not find them.
The victim was walking southwest on Telegraph Road toward the Petro Mart around 9 p.m on October 15 when he saw the car stopped on the side of the road, police said. He helped push the car into the Genesis parking lot.
“Thank you,” one of the women said before pepper spraying the victim in the face, according to police.
The women stole his wallet and cell phone from his pocket before driving away.
