KKK Advertising in South County Target Parking Lot
The Ku Klux Klan left flyers for Target shoppers, inviting them to learn more about the group.

The group left flyers on cars at the South County Target store complete with the KKK logo and drawings of figures in white hoods.
"We're bringing back the traditional ways of the Ku Klux Klan to the modern day!" the flyer reads.

Imperial Wizard/President Frank Ancona, of the Traditionalist American Knights Ku Klux Klan, said he didn't know exactly who handed out the flyers in South County today, but he says he isn't surprised.
"The reports I'm getting from the local people in that area (South St. Louis County) say that there's been an increase in black-on-white crime and robbery and child abductions," Ancona said. "People are really concerned. They'd like someone to come in and take a more aggressive stance."
Ancona said the Klan is dedicated to protecting residents from criminals, regardless of their race or ethnicity.
"Law-abiding citizens don't have anything to fear from the Klan," Ancona said, adding that if he saw a car being broken into, he would report the issue to police whether or not the car was owned by a white person.
Only about 20 flyers seemed to be on cars when Patch checked at about 2 p.m. today, and no Klan members were present. Affton-Southwest Police Captain Mike Dierkes said security from the Lindbergh Target checked the premises and found no one, but noticed the fliers.
The St. Louis County Police said Target has every right to refuse the KKK into their parking lot. The lot is considered private property with public access.
The flyers, which can be printed off of KKK websites, don't contain threatening or overtly hateful speech.
The flyers include a phone number for the 24-hour Klanline hotline, which introduces callars to the Klan with this message:
“We are unapologetically committed to the interests and values of the white race…The Traditionalist American Knights of the Ku Klux Klan is simply a movement of white people for the highest standards of Western Christian civilization.”

Give me a break...what about crime period or white on white crime or Asian on Asian crime or black on black crime or purple on purple crime....uneducated is what they are. I would have pissed if I came out of that Target and saw this crap on my windshield or even better to catch the moron who put it on my car.

I really dont like anything put on my car including advertisements and political junk. Target certainly doesnt approve of any leafleting. These people do have First Ammendment rights as offensive as this may seem to some so it really doesnt rate being covered by the media. Sounds like only 20 or so flyers were left on cars so its a pretty minor incident and responding with media coverage will only encourage them to do more of this to get attention.

These KLAN Pigs better hope that I do not find any of their racist BS on my vehicle. South St. Louis County Missouri is an area that is populated by a lot of Catholics, and the grandsons and granddaughters of immigrants form Eastern and Southern European, you know: Italian, Poles, Czechs, Russians, Greeks, ect., people who were targeted by the Klan during the first half of the 20th Century. Dose this local South County Missouri Klavan of Klansmen still hate Catholics and Jews as their forefathers? Are these Klansmen still employed by major corporation to burst the heads of striking workers as their forefathers? There is a very special in hell for any member of the KKK along with Skins, Nazis, Tea Partiers and their like-minded ilk. These Klansmen are nothing more that a bunch of foolish reptiles masquerading as human beings. These maroons are more lizard than man. These is no honor, in their hate speech, and the hate crime that these clowns provoke. This is no honor in being a Klansmen they would have to find their faces, only cowards have to hind under a bet sheet.

If BET can be black entertainment and blackplanet can be for black people, i don't see why the KKK can't operate, although they should change their name because of what the KKK has represented, but really any organization that promotes a skin color is racist and should be considered a illegal hate group, so all these black groups and white groups should be disbanded, we're never going to get away from racism as long as these groups exist
