Landlord Charged in Pointing 12-Gauge Shotgun At Tenants, Police Say

Police charged the man with unlawful use of a weapon.

 

An Oakville man faces charges for pointing a 12-gauge shotgun at a couple and threatening them Aug. 12, St. Louis County Police said.

Samuel J. Nichols, 49, of the 3300 block of Old Baumgartner Road in Oakville, was charged Thursday with unlawful use of a weapon, a class D felony.

St. Louis County Police said Nichols, a landlord, pointed the shotgun at a man and a woman during an argument. Police said the tenants wanted to break a lease.

Bond was set at $7,500.

Gibber has the right to do whatever he wants it is his property. My way things are going tenants are going to expect 30 days notice having they asked to vacat a property. Rights and the law that only belong to landlords.
