Area Pharmacies Leading Pseudoephedrine Sales in St. Louis County
The Walgreens stores on Kennerly and Telegraph Roads are selling a large amount of pseudoephedrine, which is used to make meth.

The Walgreens on Kennerly Road was the second-largest seller of pseudoephedrine in Missouri in March 2012.
Pseudoephedrine, which is contained in such sinus relief products as Sudafed and Actifed, is a key ingredient in the manufacture of meth.
In South County and Fenton, a prescription is not required to purchase pseudoephedrine-containing medications. St. Charles and Jefferson counties require a prescription to purchase a pseudoephedrine product and Fenton is considering a prescription-only pseudoephedrine law.
