Angelique is very much missed , words cannot describe the broken hearts that are left behind . Thank you for your condolences and support becuz it was needed and appreciated and special thanks to her doctor(s) Dr. Blaine Sayre and his wife , her school nurse, Kay Quinn , her counselor, her grade school teacher Miss Ann, Tim Etzell and the supportive and caring students and Oakville High, thank you all and God bless .
