Two classes at Point Elementary School joined efforts and made 12 blankets for the Ronald McDonald House.

At Point Elementary School, Alisha Oetting's fifth grade class paired with Kathy Langreder's second grade class to spread the warmth.
The students made 12 fleece blankets, which were delivered to families at the Ronald McDonald House.
The Ronald McDonald House is a home-away-from-home for families who have seriously ill children staying long-term in St. Louis hospitals.
The school would also like to thank fifth-grade parent Leanna Buckel for purchasing the supplies and organizing the service project.

Hello Students, I just want to thank you so much for this service project. You just don't have any idea how wonderful this is. You will make the kids feel extra special at a time when they really need to feel special. I am so proud of all of you and I just wanted to say thank you. The Ronald McDonald House is such a wonderful cause to support.
