Police: Man Struck, Killed on Telegraph Road Seemed ‘Impaired’
Brett Ringwald, 51, of Oakville, died after a traffic accident Dec. 7 at Telegraph Road and Cliff Cave Road.
A 51-year-old man was struck and killed in a traffic accident on Telegraph Road at Cliff Cave Road, St. Louis County Police said.
Brett Ringwald, of 2600 Deloak Drive in Oakville, seemed “impaired” and intoxicated, police said, walking in and out of traffic before being struck by a car and killed at about 9:45 p.m. Dec. 7.
Ringwald lived less than a mile from the intersection where he died.
There are no criminal charges pending against the person who struck Ringwald.
