The 19th Hole
4253 Reavis Barracks Road
Inspected on: Nov. 14, 21
Grade: A (100)
Comments: During an inspection on Nov. 14, the restaurant was not able to provide health inspectors with records showing employees had been vaccinated against Hepatitis A. On a follow-up visit Nov. 21, the restaurant provided the records, earning The 19th Hole a perfect health score.

Aldi

Grade: A (100)
Comments: Aldi has no violations.

Barbs Rendevous Lounge
9801 S Broadway Street
Inspected on: Nov. 19
Grade: A (91)
Comments: During the inspection, there was no person on duty to provide the ood protection certificate. The employee shot record is not up to date, and there was no information on Hepatitis A vaccinations. Debris had built up on the ice machine and needed to be cleaned to prevent contamination. And the facility was not using proper steps for cleaning surfaces that food has touched. The sanitizer needs to have the proper dilution, and the restaurant needs chlorine test strips to test that sanitizer.

The Bean House
1100 Lemay Ferry Road
Inspected on: Nov. 21
Grade: A (99)
Comments: Inspectors came to the restaurant to investigate a customer complaint, but the inspectors didn't seem to find much cause for concern. The cold water faucet at the kitchen handsink needs to be repaired before the next routine inspection. Otherwise, the cook was wearing gloves to make pizza, and a waitress used gloves to top salads. Hepatitis A vaccination records were up to date. The only food out was steak thawing under runnign water and chicken and stock cooling at 162 degrees.

Inspected on: Oct. 30
Grade: A (100)
Comments: None.

Buffet China
3833 Lemay Ferry Road

Comments: Ceiling tiles in the dining room had water damage. Inspectors told the restaurant to repair the tiles by the next routine inspection.

Church's Chicken
1200 Lemay Ferry Road
Inspected on: Oct. 11
Grade: A (96)
Comments: A resident reported this restaurant to inspectors, saying she saw a roach crawl across the drive through window. Inspectors saw a gap at the bottom of the back door, which could allow pest entry. Inspectors found several dead and alive roaches, and the facility is being serviced by Ecolab every week until the issue is resolved. The ice bucket also had holes in the bottom, and the ice machine had a puddle of water behind it. The walls had small holes behind equipment, and the floors are damaged in the kitchen. Inspectors told the restaurant to fix these issues by the next routine inspection.

Not eating at Church's for a while. It's an old building and not in good repair. The parking lot is confusing and can be dangereous to exit.
