Patch examined recent inspection reports in Oakville. Information has been compiled using publicly available data published to the website of the St. Louis County Health Department.
Restaurants are rated on a scale of A to C, with A being the best. Inspectors also give a score indicating the percentage of compliance with inspection standards. The health department inspects restaurants on a routine basis unless otherwise noted.

Comments: A patron complained of getting sick on Dec. 23 after eating a gyro and lemonade. More than 80 gyros were sold on that date, and lemonade is not on the menu. All employees wear gloves and none have been sick. The inspector checked the hands of two of the employees that worked that day, and they were in good shape. There have been no other complaints.

Comments: The restaurant provided proof of helatitis A immunizations for staff.

Comments: The restaurant corrected three items (proper cold holding, immunization records and contamination prevention) from an inspection a month prior.

Comments: Equipment, rice cooker and prep tables need to be cleaned.
Imo's Pizza

Comments: This was a follow-up inspection, and all issues from the previous inspection were corrected.
