Restaurant Inspections: Gingham's, Jack in the Box, Krispy Kreme

Gingham's Homestyle Restaurant

Comments: Two separate families registered complaints that they became ill after eating food at Gingham's. The health department inspected, found no evidence of health code violations or any other issues and closed the compliants. 

Imo's Pizza

Comments: The person in charge during the inspection did not have valid food protection certification. The person has enrolled, taken the test and passed. The health department is now waiting for the certificate to be sent.

Comments: The walk-in door and sauce containers need to be cleaned. The rusty shelving by the handsink needs to be more easily cleanable.

Comments: The floor needs to be sealed by the end of the year.
