St. Anthony's Hospice Receives $32,000 Donation
The money will help terminally ill patients.
St. Anthony’s Medical Center Hospice received $32,000 to help them care for terminally ill patients.
The St. Anthony’s Charitable Foundation’s Physician Ambassadors presented the check to the organization after their annual dinner on Jan. 27.
The donation will provide pain management, care, comfort and dignity to underinsured patients in the area.
The dinner had 180 attendees that raised more than $74,000. A portion of that went to hospice, while the remaining funds will be given to area non-profits such as the St. Louis Crisis Nursery, the Affton Christian Food Pantry and the Drug Free Coalition throughout the year.
