As of 10:45 a.m., all lanes on northbound 270 are open, according to the Missouri Department of Transportation.

A truck and trailer collided during morning rush hour traffic Wednesday in a wreck that partially closed northbound Interstate 270 at Gravois Road. 

The trailer was full of construction equipment and firefighters are still clearing the debris.

One person was taken to the hospital for injuries, said Deputy Chief Dan Furrer with the Mehlville Fire Protection District.
