More About St Matthias Catholic Church
St. Matthias started services in the Mehlville High School gym in the spring of 1959. Now, the church has a massive sanctuary on Buckley Road, complete with classrooms and a gym. The church has several sports teams, youth organizations, quilters and Helping Hands groups. Led by Father Dennis Port, the church also celebrates weddings and baptisms and offers PSR classes.
