ASA Midwest Council Hosting Mechanic's Lien Law Seminar on Sept. 11

The American Subcontractors Association (ASA) Midwest Council will host a Mechanic's Lien Law Seminar on Sept. 11, co-hosted by Sandberg, Phoenix & von Gontard P.C.'s Construction Law Team, at Enterprise University, 11401 Olive Blvd. in Creve Coeur.  

The three-hour program will cover the following topics:

·         Pre-lien issues

·         Line preparation and enforcement

·         Special rules

·         Lien law differences in Missouri and Illinois

The event will begin at 7:30 a.m. with a Continental Breakfast, followed by the program, which will run 8-11 a.m. The cost to attend is $40 for ASA members and $60 for non-members. Advanced registration is required.
