All this June the Affton Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a Friday series of family-friendly weekend concerts in .
June 3 is Alvin Jett.
The concerts will be held in the Veterans Memorial Amphitheater in Jefferson Barracks Park. The gates open for each concert at 7 p.m., and the concerts themselves are expected to last from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Tickets may be purchased at the gate for $7, and children under 12 get in free.
Advanced tickets can be ordered from the Affton Chamber for $6 each. These tickets can be used for any of the eight concerts. To purchase, stop by the from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or by mailing them a check and a self-addressed envelope.

Parking at the concerts is free, and concessions are available. Concert-goers are also encouraged to bring in their own refreshments, but glass containers are not allowed.
