Famous Nature Photographer Headed to Cliff Cave

Marian Brickner will be speaking at the library at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. Thursday.

A famous nature photographer is coming to Thursday to talk about her work and give free copies of her new book at 10 and 11 a.m.

Marian Brickner's photographs have appeared in National Geographic Kids and Missouri Conservation magazines as well as textbooks and art calendars across the globe. 

Brickner's new book, I’m Lucy: A Day in the Life of a Young Bonobo, focuses on bonobos, a species of great apes. The St. Louis County Library Foundation's Gift of Reading program is sponsoring the book giveaway.
