Patch examined inspection reports in Mehlville, Oakville and Affton from Feb. 14 until Feb. 17. Information has been compiled using publicly available data published to the website of the St. Louis County Health Department.

Comments: The three-vat sink was not set up to a wash, rinse, sanitize system. The manager will correct it.

Comments: The inspector found two employees smoking in the basement; smoking is not allowed in the building and the manager stopped the employees. Signage to encourage hand-washing was inadequate or missing at hand-washing sinks. The inspector found multiple sleeves of large Styrofoam cups not 6 inches off the floor, which the manager corrected. A waist-deep pile of boxes was also found and then corrected.
