Patch examined inspection reports in Mehlville, Oakville and Affton from Mar. 29 until April 9. Information has been compiled using publicly available data published to the website of the St. Louis County Health Department

Comments: This visit was the result of a follow-up from March 19. As of March 29, no person on duty had food protection certification, the small prep table was not maintaining 41 degrees or below, there’s still a broken thermometer in the prep table, and the restaurant has debris and dirty floor drains.

Comments: This visit was the result of a complaint saying there was a sewage odor. The inspector did not find a problem.

Comments: This visit was the result of a complaint. The caller stated that there was mold growing in the walk-in cooler and the staff leaves the doors open in the kitchen when doing food prep, creating a dirty facility. The alleged violations were not apparent on arrival.
