Oakville Dentist's Teeth Whitening Special Benefits Gapsch Family

Three members of the Gapsch family died following a house fire in South County two weeks ago.

Residents across South County have jumped to lend their support the Gapsch family, who lost three family members following a house fire in South County two weeks ago.

79-year-old Georgetta, 38-year-old Terry and 11-year-old Maci Gapsch all died as a result of their injuries. Georgetta's son, MFPD firefighter Mike Gapsch, was among the first responders to the scene. 13-year-old Mia Gapsch, who attends school in the Lindbergh School District, is the sole survivor of the fire.

An Oakville business has joined the support efforts. Oakville Dental Care, 6076 Telegraph Rd., is offering $99 whitenings through Sept. 18, with proceeds to benefit Mia Gapsch. To make an appointment, call 314-487-0333 and ask for Megan.

Students in the Lindbergh, Mehlville and Seckman School Districts have conducted several fundraising efforts. Over the weekend members of the Mehlville Fire Protection District, St. Louis County Police, Sperreng MC-PTO and volunteers sold 6,000 meals during their barbecue at Sperreng Middle School, according to an update from the Sperreng MC-PTO. Proceeds were donated to the family.
