Comments: On a follow-up inspection, the restaurant was non-compliant on four issues: The persoon on duty did not have current sanitation cetification, the employees' Hepatitis A records were incomplete, thermometers were missing and test strips for warewashing were not availible. At another follow-up inspection the next day, the restaurant only had one issue: the missing test strips.
