Patch examined inspection reports in Mehlville, Oakville and Affton from Feb. 4 until Feb. 13. Information has been compiled using publicly available data published to the website of the . 

Restaurants are rated on a scale of A to C, with A being the best. Inspectors also give a score indicating the percentage of compliance with inspection standards. 

Unless otherwise noted, all inspections were conducted on a routine basis.

Comments: This visit was a follow-up from a Jan. 25 visit where the Hepatitis A records were incomplete, the produce was not delivered in adequate equipment for temperature control and there was debris on and in the ice machine. All actions have been corrected.

Comments: This visit was the result of a follow-up where no person on duty had food protection certification, pesticides weren’t stored, Hepatitis A records were incomplete and the floors needed to be cleaned. All actions have been corrected.

Grade: A (96)
Comments: This visit was a result of a follow-up. On this visit, thermometers in refrigerators and freezers were missing and the floor, walls, ceiling and sink equipment needed to be cleaned. Also, the rice scoop was stored in water; it needs to be stored under running water, on a clean surface, in the product or in water at least 135 degrees.

Comments: This inspection was in response to a complaint. The manager was aware of the complaint and has addressed the problems.
