Yesterday's downpour turned the HUD senior housing complex under construction on Telegraph Road into a series of small lakes.
Nothing was going on at the site on Tuesday except for pumping out water.
A supervisor said the wet spring has slowed the construction schedule, and they'll start on the foundation as soon as possible.
