Sick of Pizza? New Restaurant Delivers Giant Quesadillas

Quesa-D-Ya's restaurant, a Mexican restaurant that delivers, opened this week in South St. Louis County on Butler Hill Road.

A Texas-based quesadilla delivery and carry-out restaurant opened its doors in South St. Louis County Thursday.

Quesa-D-Ya's, the chain's first St. Louis location, is now open at 4337 Butler Hill Road and will deliver to local residents.

One of the restaurant's signature quesadillas is the Smoke Mountain D-ya, made with pulled pork or chicken breast mixed with barbeque sauce, chopped bacon, smoked ham, rice, caramelized onions and D-Ya’s smoky cheddar cheese blend. The Bruschetta D-Ya serves sundried tomatoes, diced Roma tomatoes & fresh basil are tossed in a balsamic glaze combined with grilled chicken breast and shredded mozzarella cheese.

For diners with more traditional tastes, the Traditional D-Ya offers a fajita-style platter of ingredients where diners have a choice of chicken, steak or pulled pork, with melted D-Ya’s 3 cheese blend all folded into a flour tortilla.

“Our menu has endless possibilities at affordable prices, all available to be delivered fresh to your front door,” said Denise Davis, co-owner of Quesa-D-Ya’s St. Louis franchise, in a press release. “The ability to take a fresh approach and combine it with the convenience of delivery, with portion sizes to please individuals or an entire family is what we will bring to people in the area. To ensure we are putting out the highest food quality, TJ Davis co-owner of the St. Louis franchise will be running the kitchen and ensuring orders are made to our customer’s satisfaction.”
