Wehrenberg Theaters Ban Cell Phones

Moviegoers will no longer be allowed to check their phones during a film.

KSDK is reporting that all nine St. Louis Wehrenberg theaters, including Ronnie's in South County, are banning cell phones.

The zero-tolerance policy requires patrons to turn off phones or put them on vibrate before going into a movie.

Those who are caught using their cell phones during the movie will be asked to leave without a refund, the article states
