Why Go: Now that summer is finally here, enjoy some music by the river. Concessions are available, but feel free to bring your own refreshments. Alvin Jett is this week's featured entertainer. 
Cost:  $7 for adults, free for children under 12

When/Where:
 Saturday, June 4 from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. at Grace Union Church, 3600 Union Road
Why Go: Meet McGruff the Crime Dog, enjoy BBQ, get a car seat check or a free bike helmet—the possibilities are endless!
Cost: Free

When/Where: Saturday, June 4 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. at Oberweis Dairy, 4590 Telegraph Road
Why Go: Who doesn't love BBQ? Port steaks, brats, chicken and ribs are available for dine in and carry out

Why Go: Start this summer with a book in your hand. The South County Borders invites kids 8-12 to a kick-off party for the Summer Reading Challenge. Celebrate reading, summertime and Judy all at once!
