• Weather: Gorgeous weather is on the radar with sunny skies and a high near 64 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.  

• It's Leap Day and what says Feb. 29 like a free bowl of soup? Actually, the two aren't related at all. But St. Louis Bread Company is giving away a free bowl of soup to every customer who brings in three non-perishable food items for Operation Food Search. There are two locations in South County, one on Telegraph Road and another on Lemay Ferry by the South County Mall. 

• TLC's Extreme Couponing is coming to St. Louis.
