Good Morning Mehlville: New School Board Member Could Be Announced Tonight

  • Weather: We're getting even hotter with a high of 93 today and a high of 97 on Friday, the National Weather Service said. Make sure to drink plenty of water.   

 

  • Gas: Just as they were starting to decline, prices leapt back up again to $3.36 a gallon at the Union and Greenpark Phillips 66. That's the cheapest in the area with Quick Trip and other Phillips 66 stores at $3.39, according to stlouisgasprices.com

  • The Mehlville School Board interviewed eight candidates who applied for the open position last night. They'll be meeting again tonight at 6:30 p.m. in the administration building to discuss the applicants, with a decision coming either tonight or Friday.   

 

  • Tonight, is hosting an ice cream meet and greet at the Holiday Inn on Butler Hill Road. From 7 p.m. until 10 p.m., for $8, you can ask the congressman questions about his upcoming bid for the Senate. 

  • Song of the Day is "I'll Be Seeing You," but to spice it up, check out the new rendition by Michael Bublè.
