Good morning, Mehlville!

• Weather: The National Weather Service has issued another excessive heat warning until Thursday at 7 p.m. Today is supposed to be sunny and hotter than yesterday with a high around 102. The heat index will reach 111 degrees. 

• Gas: Gas is going down as the Tesson Ferry Phillips 66 and Buckley Road Mobile are at $3.49. Quick Trip, Shell and Conoco are all at $3.52, according to stlouisgasprices.com.
  
  
• Tonight, the Mehlville school board meets at 7 p.m. in the . New board member will be sworn in and board policy adjustments are on the agenda.

• On this day in 1900, Louis Lassing invented the hamburger. Don't forget to have one today to celebrate!
