Patch editors in the St. Louis area cleaned, organized, sorted, wiped, hugged and played at the St. Charles location for the St. Louis Crisis Nursery.
The Crisis Nursery's mission is to prevent child abuse by providing temporary housing and care for young children in order to give their parents and caretakers the space and time needed to resolve crisis.
Patch editors organized and sanitized toys, cleaned high chairs and walls, put away summer clothes, put babies to sleep and played with the little ones.

We volunteer as part of our coverage with a program called "Give 5," through which we donate advertising space to charitable organizations and contribute our own time as volunteers.
If you'd like to do work like this at the Crisis Nursery, call 314-768-3201 or email email@example.com.
If you know a group or cause that could use our help, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
