: Twice a month, fifth graders in Jennifer Strub's class at Chesterfield Elementary School do two things: write letters to their pen pals and practice their dance moves.

: Daniel Schroeder of Oakville has been named Officer of the Year by the South County chapter of the St. Louis County Citizen’s Police Academy Alumni Association. Schoeder serves at the South County Precinct. 

: After meeting with the director of the DeSoto Farmer’s Market, Mayor Ron Counts said Arnold is about a year away from having a similar event in the area.
