Amputee Support Group to Meet at St. Anthony’s

An Amputee Support Group meets at St. Anthony’s Medical Center once every three months, to provide an opportunity for education and socialization for amputees and their families, friends and caregivers.  Members need not be current or former patients at St. Anthony’s.

The quarterly meetings are held on the second Monday of the month.  The next meeting will be from 11 a.m. to noon Monday, Oct. 10, in classrooms 122/124 of the Hyland Education & Training Center, 10020 Kennerly Road, on the campus of St. Anthony’s.  Parking will be reserved at the front of the building for those attending.

The support group is sponsored by St. Anthony’ In-Stride Amputee Program Committee, which includes therapy services staff members.
