Flu Shot Clinic at Curves in the Dierberg's Plaza!

Lynn Schmittgens, R.Ph. from the Affton Medicine Shoppe will be at Curves St. Louis off Telegraph to provide flu shots on Monday, Sept. 30th from 7 am - 11 am. This flu shot clinic saves you a trip to the doctor and keeps you from having to stand in line somewhere.

Make sure to bring your insurance card. There is no out-of-pocket cost if you have Essence, Medicare Part B, Part C, or Medicaid. Cost per shot for other insurance is $30. Cash, Visa, and MasterCard will be accepted, and you will receive a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Must be at least 12 years old to receive a flu shot.
