Brenden's Friday Backpack

Dear Friends and Community leaders:

I am asking your support in helping me feed hungry kids over the weekend in our community. In October we started a program called Brenden's Friday Backpack program to feed children who face weekends of hunger and bare pantries at home. These children fall through a gap in the school lunch program which only provides help during the week. After only a few months we have grown out of our current space and the children that we help those numbers keep growing as well. We are providing free weekend meals at his time we are feeding approximately 220 kids from Seven area school districts.  We are in need of items such as.

Vienna Sausage, single serving of cereal, tuna or chicken kits, pop tarts, Jiff on the go peanut butter, Juice, Beanne weenes, Cereal Bars, Cans of pasta.

Your generosity during these challenging times will improve the lives of these children right here in our own community who are facing the most trying times that many have ever had to face. Please consider us in your giving palns with a donation to
