Mehlville Grad, Oakville Resident Refs Chelsea-Manchester City Match

Thanks to Doug Miner for his earlier article which covered that Mehlville High School graduate George Gansner, 41, was picked to be on the field for the Manchester City v. Chelsea F.C. soccer match at Busch Stadium on May 23rd.  See Doug's article here...

George's participation was covered not only by the Patch, but also by the Riverfront Times, KMOX Radio, and KPLR Channel 11.  We are very proud of George and it was a fun game - even better to have our oldest son there ON his birthday since he got to hug his dad on the field and take pictures.
