Father’s Day is June 17, and letting him starve on his special day is downright silly.

The Lodge at Grant’s Trail, 4398 Hoffmeister Avenue
The Lodge is having three seatings of Father’s Day meals, and most importantly, Dad gets free beer! For $22.95 ($11.95 for children 10-3), enjoy BBQ chicken and ribs, hot dogs, hamburgers and macaroni and cheese.
If breakfast suits your fancy, the Lodge offers omelets, waffles, Eggs Benedict, scones, French toast and bread pudding. Dads with a sweet tooth can also taste from the chocolate fountain.
Seating times are 10 a.m., 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.
, 1630 Gravois Road
The theme of the day is “Drinks, Dogs and Dad.” Jilly’s is hosting a BBQ on Father’s Day complete with drink specials and live music. The restaurant is also giving away Cardinal’s tickets and other prizes for dads.
, 3735 South Lindbergh
One dad per table gets a free pasta when they come to Gianino’s for Father’s Day. Dad can choose any pasta besides the seafood pasta, and it’s on the house. The Italian establishment in Sunset Hills, open 2-9:30 p.m., will also have several specials, including prime rib.
, 3939 Union Road
Tucker’s is opening early this Father’s Day so dads can get a head start on eating and fun, family activities. The restaurant opens at 2:30 p.m. and will feature a 16-ounce, bone-in rib-eye for $19.95.
River City Casino, 777 River City Boulevard
Combine food and games for Dad if he is a Texas Hold 'Em expert. 1904 Steakhouse at River City is offering a four-course meal for $60. Entrees include prime rib, trout and a New York Strip. They also have the ultimate dad dessert: bacon chocolate stout cake with beer ice cream.
At the Beerhouse, dads can enjoy a Porterhouse steak with wild mushroom sauce and bread pudding for $29.
