Welcome Back, Mr. Personality

The folks at The Watering Bowl are determined to help Corey find his forever home.

is back at , and he is loving every minute of it! As mentioned in past articles, Stray Rescue is in dire need of fosters, as they are currently finishing construction on their Pine Shelter. While the construction to build the dogs new and improved apartments is going on, there are 42 less spaces available at the shelter.

The Watering Bowl has graciously offered to help. That means that Corey is staying at The Watering Bowl until the construction is finished (Stray Rescue estimates two months) or until he gets adopted. The folks at TWB are determined to help Corey find his forever home, because each passing day makes it more and more clear that he deserves nothing less!

One thing has become evident during Corey's stay at TWB: he loves to play! This 2-year-old Lab mix is at it from the moment he gets up until it is time to go to bed. Whether it's rastlin', playing fetch, or enjoying a game of chase, Corey goes nonstop. Nothing makes him happier, however, than running around in TWB's 6,000 square feet of play area.

Corey has this keen ability to pick fellow Stray Rescue pooches out from the rest of the pack. Whether it's , Gunney, Olivia, Cabbage, Smidge, or one of the countless other Stray Rescue alums and/or fosters, Corey is often found mixing it up with one of these guys.

Corey would do great in an active family. He has a lot of energy to burn, but doesn't have a mean bone in his body. All he wants to do is have a good time! If a happy-go-lucky Lab is what you are seeking, than look no further - we've got your guy!

Corey is staying at TWB for the time being, but if you are interested in meeting him, please fill out an adoption application first.  After that, TWB staff would be happy to set up a meet and greet with this fun loving boy!
