Mehlville Hockey Club hosting summer Defenseman Camp and Dryland/Plyometrics Camp

With an exciting season in the rear view mirror and Mid-States Spring Hockey underway, the Mehlville Hockey Club starts work towards next season.  They will be hosting a Defenseman Camp for four nights starting June 18th at the Webster Groves Ice Arena.  They will also be hosting a Dryland/Plyometrics Camp at the Bud Dome Sports Complex on Monday and Wednesday evenings from June 17th to August 14th.  The Dryland/Plyometrics Camp will be run by Plyo-City trainers. 

After the camps this summer, Mehlville Hockey Club will  be offering special part-time slots this fall to provide Mehlville kids a chance to play a portion of the development games with the club as well as attend a number of practices with both the development and Varsity programs.  This program should work great for kids who want to get involved and see what the Mehlville Hockey Club is all about but cannot commit at this time to a full season.
