Mehlville Hockey Dryland Camp is Off and Running

Mehlville Hockey Club Dryland Camp is off to a great start.

Mehlville Hockey Club has started their off season with an eight week dryland camp outside at Washington Junior High School.

Under the guidance of B(JVD) team coach-Ben Millard, C-team coach-Bob Ryffel, and the MHC B team coaching staff, the players of Mehlville Hockey Club are working on improving their strength, endurance, and agility.

Despite the heat, the kids are pushing themselves and having fun.

In an effort to get to know the kids, new head varsity coach Jim Arno Sr. has come out from time to time to lend a hand.

After completing the first two weeks of camp, the players are already feeling an improvement in their workouts.
