Mehlville Hockey Dryland Camp is Off and Running
Mehlville Hockey Club Dryland Camp is off to a great start.
Mehlville Hockey Club has started their off season with an eight week dryland camp outside at Washington Junior High School.
Under the guidance of B(JVD) team coach-Ben Millard, C-team coach-Bob Ryffel, and the MHC B team coaching staff, the players of Mehlville Hockey Club are working on improving their strength, endurance, and agility.
Despite the heat, the kids are pushing themselves and having fun.
