Oakville Man Faces Sixth Drunk Driving Charge

The man has one DWI charge carried over from 2012, and has pleaded guilty to four other alcohol-related charges.

An Oakville man faces his sixth alcohol-related driving charge after St. Louis County Police pulled him over Saturday on Telegraph Road at Reavis Barracks Road.

St. Louis County Police said Eugene Nesser, 42, tried to run from a traffic stop, but was caught nearby. Officers said they saw signs that Nesser was intoxicated, including watery and bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, a strong odor of alcohol, and he staggered while walking or standing still.

Police said Nesser fell down at the St. Louis County precinct station, and a breathalyzer test showed he had a .115 blood-alcohol content.
