Police Blotter: 18 Car Break-Ins Near Grant's Trail

The St. Louis County 4th Precinct crime report from Feb. 7 to Feb. 13.

Feb. 7

  • A purse, credit cards, electronics and money was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 4200 block of Green Park Road. 
  • A wallet, money and credit cards were reported stolen from a vehicle in Jefferson Barracks Park. 

Feb. 8

Wheels and rims were reported stolen from a victim's truck while it was parked in his driveway on the 2500 block of Telegraph Road. The suspects fled in an unknown type of vehicle.

Feb. 9

Unknown suspects stole five tailgates worth $7,400 from South Town Dodge.  

Feb. 10

Unknown suspects cut the chain-link fence and entered the secured lot at AT&T on Sheridan Road. More than $500 in copper wiring was reported stolen. 

Feb. 11

In the evening, 18 vehicles were broken into that were parked at the entrance of Grant's Trail on Hoffmeister Avenue. Items stolen included a laptop, money, purses, wallets and credit cards.
