Police Blotter: A Plethora of Oakville Larceny

There was an outbreak of larceny the week of May 23-29.

The following is the recent crime reported from the St. Louis County 4th precinct for the week of May 23-29. 

May 23

A vehicle at the 2700 block of Chalet Forest was broken into. A stereo and power tools were stolen.

A vehicle at the 5600 block of Sky Hill was broken into. Credit cards, a bowling ball and a checkbook were stolen.

An apartment at the 5200 block of Cricket Glen was broken into. Electronics were stolen.

May 24

A multi-colored 2006 Honda Element was parked in front of a residence at the 5600 block of Chalet Forest. It was stolen.

A residence was broken into at the 6500 block of Greycliff Heights. Money, jewelry and electronics were stolen.

May 26

A residence at the 2900 block of Flametree was broken into. Electronics, a purse and its contents were stolen. 

May 27 

A victim at Lemay Ferry and Salem School Roads was jumped by two males and beaten with a tire iron. The suspects were unable to get the victim's wallet, due to the robbery being interrupted by a passerby.

May 28

A residence at the 4900 block of Karington Place was broken into. Money and jewelry were stolen.

May 29

A black 2008 Kia Optima at the 7200 block of Spring Water Ridge was stolen.
