Police Blotter: Beating Reported, Shoes Stolen

Several thefts involving money also have been investigated in September.

The South County Precinct of the St. Louis County Police Department compiled this police blotter for September 25 through September 30, 2012.

September 25
A wallet and credit card were stolen from the 4300 block of Hoffmeister Avenue.

A cell phone valued at more than $500 was stolen from the 5400 block of Ringer Road.

September 26
Shoes valued at more than $500 were stolen from the 3200 block of Telegraph Road.

Money valued at more than $500 was stolen from the 100 block of Horn Avenue.

September 27
Money valued at more than $500 was stolen from the 4800 block of Lemay Ferry Road.

September 29
Cell phones collectively valued at more than $500 were stolen from the 4000 block of Lemay Ferry Road.

Credit and debit cards, a purse, a driver's license, a ring, a cellphone and prescription medication were stolen from the 700 block of South County Center Way.

September 30
A blue 1986 Chevy 1500 pickup truck was stolen from the 4800 block of Turley Mill Road.

A victim reported being beaten in the 500 block of Linda Lane.

An arrest was made in connection with the theft of clothing and electronics in the 3200 block of Telegraph Road. The electronics were found later.
