Police Blotter: Four TVs Stolen from Kmart

The St. Louis County Police crime report from Aug. 1 to Aug. 8 includes incidents occurring in Mehlville, Oakville and Lemay.

The following information was supplied by the St. Louis County Police Department.

Aug. 1

A guitar and electronics were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 5700 block of Huntington Valley Drive.

Aug. 3

  • Arrests were made for assault in the second and third degrees. The victim was beaten and struck over the head with a concrete chunk on the 100 block of Kingston Drive. 
  • Nothing was reported stolen from a home on the 4900 block of Mattis Road. 

Aug. 4

  • Electronics were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 4300 block of Chateau De Ville Drive. 
  • Electronics and money was reported stolen from the 2200 block of Rosegarden Drive. 

Aug. 5

  • A wallet and credit cards were reported stolen from the 7200 block of Spring Water Court. 
  • Nothing was reported stolen from a home break-in on the 800 block of Wycliffe Court. Police made arrests for burglary in the first degree. 
  • A dirt bike was reported stolen from an attached garage on the 900 block of Lemay Ferry Road. 

Aug. 6

Unknown suspects stole four flat screen TVs from the at 3901 Lemay Ferry Road. 

Aug. 7

  • Money and a wallet was reported stolen from the 4200 block of Bayless Avenue. 
  • Police are looking for a black male with a deformed left eye and a possible nickname of "Jigga John." The man robbed the 7-11 store on Hoffmeister Avenue at gunpoint. Money, cigarettes and liquor was reported stolen. Anyone with information on the identity of this subject, please contact the South County Precinct at 314-892-1510.
