Police Blotter: Medication Theft and Double Bank Robbery

The St. Louis County Police crime report from July 24 to July 31 includes incidents occurring in Mehlville, Oakville and Lemay.

July 24

A wallet and credit cards were reported stolen from a vehicle after the window was shattered on the 12300 block of Old Tesson Road. 

July 25

Police arrested three suspects for stealing electronics from a vehicle on the 1900 block of Telford Drive. 

July 27

The Century Credit Union on Lemay Ferry Road . No injuries were reported when the suspect entered and demanded money from a bank teller, fleeing the scene on foot. The suspect is a white male, thin build in his mid-to-late 30s and wearing a blue, button-down shirt, jeans and a Miller Lite NASCAR racing hat. The same suspect two weeks earlier.  

July 28

Police arrested a suspect for felony theft of prescription medication on the 13000 block of Old Tesson Ferry Road. The suspect was in possession of a pill bottle and pills which he admitted stealing from a purse. 

July 29

  • A suspect pulled a handgun on an officer conducting a traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 55 and Lindbergh Boulevard. The suspect fled the scene in his vehicle. 
  • Jewelery and electronics were reported stolen from an apartment on the 100 block of Grimsley Station Road. 
  • A dark blue, 2004 Infiniti G35 was reported stolen from an apartment parking lot on the 5500 block of Southfield Drive.

July 31

A victim was beaten and choked on the 9900 block of Brook Avenue. Police arrested a suspect for domestic assault in the second degree.
