Police Blotter: Two Area Assaults This Week

The St. Louis County Police crime report from Aug. 5 to Aug. 14 includes incidents occurring in Mehlville, Oakville and Lemay.

Police responded to a domestic dispute at the intersection of Interstate 270 and Tesson Ferry Road. The victim exited the suspect's vehicle on the side of the highway and tried to run away. The suspect then attempted to strike the victim with his vehicle.

A purse, money and electronics were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 4800 block of Crosswood Drive. 

Aug. 9 

  • A blue, 2002 Yamaha Raptor ATV was reported stolen from the 700 block of Karlsruhe Place. 
  • Prescription medication was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 4400 block of Hillmont Court. 
  • An arrest was made for assault in the second degree after the suspect injured another driver resulting from a DWI traffic accident. 

Aug. 10

  • A car stereo was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 4200 block of Barcelos Drive. 
  • ATVs were reported stolen from a garage on the 100 block of Ripa Avenue. 
  • Golf clubs and soccer shoes were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 1200 block of Hawkstone Lane. 

Aug. 11

  • Electronics were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 100 block of Velma Avenue.  
  • Jewelry and electronics were reported stolen from a home on the 700 block of Pardella Avenue.
  • Arrests were made for assault in the second degree on the 200 block of Kingston Drive. The victim was kicked and beaten. 

Aug. 13

Mail was reported stolen from a residence on the 6200 block of Treeridge Trail. 

Aug. 14

Money and credit cards were reported stolen from a vehicle at the .
