Police Blotter: Two Rashes of Car Break-Ins

The St. Louis County Police crime report from Sept. 9 to Sept. 17 includes incidents occurring in Mehlville, Oakville and Lemay.

Money, a wallet and credit cards were reported stolen from the 12700 block of Southfork Road. 

Sept. 12

Money and tools were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 1100 block of Hawkstone Lane. 

Sept. 13

  • Money and electronics were reported stolen from the 200 block of Kingston Drive. 
  • Fishing equipment, cell phones and paintings were reported stolen from the 9900 block of Kennerly Road. 

Sept. 14

  • Money was reported stolen from a residence on the 5500 block of Old Lemay Ferry Road. 
  • A white, 2001 Ford Ranger was reported stolen from the 800 block of Westair Drive. 
  • A tailgate was reported stolen from a truck on the 4400 block of Baumgartner Road. 
  • Money, a wallet and a debit card was reported stolen from the 5200 block of Mattis Road. 

Sept. 15

  • Money, electronics and laptops were reported stolen from several vehicles at the at night. 
  • A purse, money, jewelry and credit cards were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 4200 block of Reavis Barracks Road. 
  • Money, a firearm and cigars were reported stolen from the 7000 block of Invitational Drive. 

Sept. 16

  • A television was reported stolen from a residence on the 9800 block of South Broadway Avenue.  
  • A burgundy, 1995 Chevy Blazer was reported stolen from the 200 block of Earlsfield Lane.

Sept. 17

  • A silver, 2005 Mercury Montego was reported stolen from Orlando Gardens at 4300 Hoffmeister Avenue. Several vehicles were also broken into.  
  • Nothing was reported stolen when a burglar entered a home on the 200 block of Arlee Avenue. The resident was still at home and the burglar fled the scene. 
  • Stereo equipment was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 100 block of Holden Avenue. 
  • Electronics, tools and household goods were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 9200 block of S. Broadway Avenue.
