Police Looking for Bank Robbery Suspect

Timothy M. Shaw is wanted by the police.

Police are looking for 37-year-old Timothy  M. Shaw, a black male, approximately 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing 180 pounds. Shaw may be in the possession of a weapon and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Shaw is wanted in connection with the Monday morning bank robbery at Montgomery Bank on Union Road, police said in a release. 

At 9:46 a.m., police responded to a bank robbery call after a man armed with a handgun entered the bank and demanded money. The subject fled in a white vehicle with an undisclosed amount of money. No one was injured.

Police located the vehicle near Chippewa and Grand Avenue in south St. Louis. The vehicle was empty and was turned over to the Bureau of Crimes Against Persons to conduct the investigation.
